Government issues notifications regarding new office timing during Ramadan. After rescheduling Ramadan timing for 6 days working offices are adjusted from, 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Friday’s timing is changed from 9:09 AM to 1:00 PM. There is a relaxation of working hours due to Ramadan ul Mubarak. Because it’s tough to work for a long time during a fast. Previous Ramadan Office Timing for 5 Days Working in Punjab
This is the Ramadan Office timing for 5 days working in a week scheduled as Monday to Thursday and Saturday is 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM while on Friday the timing is 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM. This timing was observed in the previous notification of the Government.
Previous Ramadan Office Timing for 6 Days Working
According to the previous notification, the official Ramadan office timing is 7:30A to 12:30 noon for Monday to Thursday and Saturday. Timing for Friday is 7:30 AM to 12:00Noon.
Changes in Working Hours during Ramadan
While setting the office timings this year Government considered the following key principles or we can say baseline and thought it would be worth sharing.
It is more important to remain “effective” than “present”.

Now there is a question about the school timings. Many districts already announced the School Timings during the Holy Month of Ramazan 2023 as per previous notification of the Govt of Punjab. Yeh tu buhat he confusing offices ke timings hain.Sub offices ke aik jaise timings hone chayye hain.
You are right, there should be office and school timing nearly the same to facilitate the employees.
