Government of Sindh, School Education & Literacy Department issued a Notification on 19-05-2023 in connection with Summer Vacation (Holiday) 2023 for Public and Private Schools Sindh. The details are as under:
Summer Vacation (Holiday) 2023 Public and Private Schools Sindh Province
Secretary to Government of Spain school education and literacy department issues notification daddy dawn 19th May 2023. The notification is about announcing the School Education Department Summer vacations in the whole province. According to the notification, the summer vacations will start from the first of June 2023 till the 31st of July 2023. During these two months, all the Private and public educational institutions under the administrative control of the school education and literacy department government of Sindh will remain closed. All the institutions remain closed for all that instructional or educational activities.

The Federal Government of Pakistan has already issued the Notification of Public and Optional Holidays 2023 Pakistan a few months ago. Punjab, KPK, Balochistan, GB and AJK, and Federal Governments will also soon issue the Notifications of Summer Holidays 2023.
Contents of the Orders of Summer Vacation (Holiday) 2023 Sindh
No: SO (A&T-I)SE&LD /9(3)/2020:- In pursuance of the decision taken in the Steering Committee Meeting on Education held on 22nd February 2022, all Public and Private Institutions under the Administrative Control of School Education & Literacy Department Government of Sindh shall remain closed from 01-06-2023 to 31-07-2023 on account of Summer Vacation.

The weather conditions in the province of Sindh are very warm nowadays. The sun is shining at full nowadays. The temperature in many cities has crossed 45 degrees. Keeping in view the weather conditions Government of Sindh has decided to close the educational institutions in Sindh with effect from 01-06-2023.
Announcement of Summer Vacations in Sindh
Government of Sindh issues notifications regarding the summer vacation and the whole province for all public and private educational institutions.
The government of Sindh announces the summer vacation for two months which begins on the 1st of June 2023 and ends on the 31st of July 2023. During these two months of holidays, all the public and private educational institutions remain closed. The educational institutions will reopen on 1st August 2023 in order to start instructional and educational activities.
Implementation of Summer Vacations
The steering committee meeting on education held on 22nd February 2022, take a decision for the announcement of summer vacations in the province. The announcement of the summer vacations is applicable to all public and private educational institutions. All Educational institutions work under the supervision of the Education and Literacy Department Government of Sindh.
