Government of the Punjab, Services, and General Administration Department issued a Notification on 23-06-2023 in connection with Punjab Govt Eid-ul-Azha Public Holidays 2023. The employees and workers will get Eid Holidays Punjab with effect from 28^th June 2023 to 30^th June 2023 and 1^st July 2023.

Punjab Govt Eid-ul-Azha Public Holidays 2023

Before this Cabinet Division issued the Revised Notification of Eid-ul-Azha 2023 Holidays for Federal Government employees. The employees have holidays with effect from 28-06-2023 to 01-07-2023.

Public Holidays for Offices with 05 and 06- Working Days in a Week

The government of Punjab Services and General Administration Department circulate a letter to announce a public holiday on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha,2023.  All the competent authorities received this letter in order to ensure the implementation of said order.

Public Holidays or the Office is Working 06-Days in A Week

The government of Punjab released a letter with additional holidays for all the offices working 05 days a week to enjoy 03 public holidays in order to celebrate this religious festival. These holidays will continue for 03- Days from the 28^th,29^th, and 30^th of June 2023.

During these holidays all the offices will remain closed.  No officer will own duty and perform any official activity.

Offices with five days working in a week again open on 1st July 2023 to continue all the official working.

Public Holidays or the Office is Working 06-Days in a Week

All the offices working 06- days a week will enjoy 04 days of public holidays to celebrate this event. The holidays will start on 28th June 2023 and end on 1st July 2023. The offices will reopen on Monday 3^rd July 2023.

The above-mentioned release may be published in all major English and Urdu print media both at the national and regional levels. Chief Secretary Government of Punjab forward this letter to all the competent Authorities for further implementation.
