Government of Sindh, Sindh Higher Education Commission issued a Notification on 26-06-2023 in connection with Utility Allowance 2023 Regular Employees HEC Sindh. The employees of SHEC will get this Utility Allowance with effect from 1st July 2023.
Grant of Utility Allowance 2023 Regular Employees HEC Sindh
The government of Sindh Higher Education Commission announces the provision of Utility Allowance. All the regular Government or Civil Servants will receive the approved utility allowance per month with different rates according to the basic pay scale from BPS-01 to BPS-22. The addition of this allowance to the monthly salaries of the mentioned employees will be started from the first of July 2023.
Approval to Provide UA For Regular Civil And Public Servants
In pursuance of the decision taken in the 22nd meeting of the Sindh Higher Education Commission on 6th June 2023. The competent authority chairman Sindh Higher Education Commission approves the provision of utility allowance for regular civil and public servants of SHEC. The allowance is introduced and sanctioned with effect from the first of July 2023 with different rates of employees from BPS-01 to BPS-22.
Sanctioning Addition of Utility Allowance to Employees
Government of Sindh Higher Education Commission Sanction the introductory Utility Allowance for Regular Civil and Public Servants Of Sindh Higher Education Commission. All the regular civil and public servants working in Sindh higher education Commission will get benefit from this utility allowance according to their basic pay scales. All the mentioned employees will have the addition of this allowance to their salaries per month.
There is also an important update for the government employees’ newly revised income tax slabs for salaried persons for 2023-24, which I have prepared. The only employees getting more than 0.2 million per month pay will have to worry. So there are times good news for employees and sometimes they have to face bad news.

The values of the utility Allowance the employees will get in the monthly salaries of regular civil and public servants from 1st July 2023 with immediate effect.
