Minimum B.Sc. / B.E Civil Engineering, Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)
Minimum post-qualification experience of 25 years in railway track and infrastructure development works

Railway Mechanical Engineering Expert
Minimum B.Sc. / B.E Mechanical Engineering, Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)
Minimum post-qualification experience of 25 years in railway rolling stock maintenance and operations

Railway Singling & Telecommunication system Expert
Minimum B.Sc. / B.E Electrical / Electronics / Telecom Engineering, Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)
Minimum post qualification in experience of 25 years in railway signaling and telecommunication system
Pre-qualification documents may be pursued by the interested individual consultants from PRACS Head Officer Rawalpindi or PRACS Sub-Officer Burt Hall Institute Lahore, on submission of a written application upon payment of 2,000/- (non-refundable) in the shape of Bank Draft or pay order in favor of M/s PRACS>
