Terms & Conditions
- Applications from applicants who are free from disciplinary proceedings, inquiries, or misconduct (on the prescribed form) along with a complete Resume/CV, CNIC, all educational documents, experience certificates, research publications, professional certificates/diplomas, and other relevant documents duly attested must reach the office of the Dean KMC within fifteen (15) days of the advertisement’s publication. The forms are available on the KMC website: http://www.kmc.edu.pk. Additionally, applicants need to deposit a non-refundable processing fee in NBP, University Campus Branch, Peshawar, in favor of Dean, KMC.
- If the closing date coincides with an official holiday, the next working day will serve as the closing date.
- Applications or documents submitted after the closing date will not be entertained. Furthermore, once the application is submitted, no documents will be accepted, changed, or returned.
- Experience marks for the relevant position will only be awarded to candidates who submit valid documentary evidence of their claimed experience.
- Candidates who wish to apply for more than one post must submit separate applications, clearly mentioning the desired post.
- Only shortlisted candidates will receive interview calls.
- Candidates must provide their contact number, email address, and the designations of three referees to ensure transparent communication.
- Civil/Government servants must apply through the proper channel with a valid NOC.
- The competent authority holds the discretion to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of vacancies without assigning any reason.
- The candidates will have no TA/DA for the test or interview.
