I am sharing the latest News Updates, Date of Announcement Budget 2025-26 by the Federal Government of Pakistan. The Federal Govt is announcing the annual budget 2025-2026 on 2nd June 2025. The details are as follows:
News Updates Date of Announcement Budget 2025-26
As per the Daily Dunya newspaper, the Federal Government is presenting the fiscal year 2025-26 budget on 02-06-2025. The employees are waiting for the budget date impatiently. They want the Government to increase their salaries at reasonable rates. The demand of the employees and pensioners is genuine for an increase in salary and pension in Budget 2025-26 to be presented on 2nd June 2025.
Demands of the Employees
The employees request the Government to ponder over their demands as follows:
- Increase in House Rent Allowance / Rental Ceiling of Hiring
- Increase in Medical Allowance
- Conveyance Allowance enhancement
- Merging of Adhoc relief Allowances and Introduction of Revised Pay Scales 2025
- Grant of Adhoc Relief Allowance 2025
- Grant of Disparity Reduction Allowance 2025
I have already mentioned in detail in previous articles the increase in HRA and Conveyance Allowance. The representatives of Government employees have already presented their demands. One of the demands is a grant of Disparity Reduction Allowance 2025 @ 150%, Pay Scale Revision, and many others. Government employees should consider the genuine demands of the employees. The rates of daily use items and services have been increased many times, but their salaries are meagre compared to their expenses.
Why These Demands?
As you know, the rates of petrol have been increased many times and at high rates. While the Government increased CA in 2015. In the same way Government increased HRA in 2017 for the last time. However, the rates of rent for houses are very high nowadays. If we look at the rates of Medical Allowance, the Government is granting very low medical rates as compared to actual expenses. The rates are nearly equal to the visiting fee of the Doctor. So the Government should consider the request of the employees.
