I am sharing the latest news of a 20% Increase in Salary in Budget 2025-26 for Sindh Govt Employees. The Daily Dunya dated 18-05-2025 and Daily Jang dated 18-05-2025 have published the same news of a 20% salary increase for the Government employees of Sindh in the coming Budget 2025-2026. The details are as follows:
20% Increase in Salary in Budget 2025-26 (Sindh Govt Employees)
As per the Daily Dunya and Daily Jang dated 18-05-2025, the expected increase in salary for the Sindh Government employees is upto 20% of the Basic Pay. This is just a proposal and expectations, the actual increase the Government may decide even on the date of announcement of Budget 2025-26 fiscal year. The Federal Government will announce the budget on 2nd June 2025, while provinces will share their budget announcement dates soon. The Sindh Government may announce the budget next week after the federal government.
Other Increases as per the Federal Government
If the Federal Government announces an increase in Conveyance Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Medical Allowance, etc., then the Sindh Government will surely increase the same, as history has proven that the Sindh Government always excels in increasing the salaries of Government employees. If the salary increase is 20%, then there are chances that the Sindh Government may announce a 10% to 15% increase in pension for the pensioners of the province. Let’s wait for the budget announcement date and final decision regarding pay and pension increases.

Salary Increase News Daily Jang Dated 18-05-2025
The Daily Jang dated 18th May 2025 has also shared the same news of up to a 20% increase in salary for the Sindh Government Employees. It is not yet final whether the Government will revise pay scales or not. If the Federal Government announces pay scales in 2025, then the Sindh Government will also issue the Revised Pay Scales 2025. However, at this stage, these are just news and not final.
