The Chart of Salary Increase 2025 has been prepared as per the Budget Speech 2025-26. The employees will get Adhoc Relief Allowance 2025 @ 10% while other eligible employees will also get a DRA-2025 @ 30% of their basic pay. I am sharing the Salary increase chart 2025 with a total of 40% increase. The details are as follows:
Chart of Salary Increase 2025 as per Budget Speech 2025
The Federal Government of Pakistan granted the following two allowances in the budget speech 2025-26:
Adhoc Relief Allowance ARA-2025 @ 10% for BPS-01 to BPS-22 Employees
Disparity Reduction Allowance (DRA) 2025 @ 30% for eligible Government employees
The government already granted DRA-2021 with effect from 1st April 2021, @ 25% of basic pay. Later on, there was another DRA-2022 that was @ 15% on the basic pay of the 2022 Pay Scales. Now there is a third grant of DRA that is DRA-2025 @ 30%. The employees will have a total of 70% Disparity Reduction Allowance. This DRA is granted to those employees who are not getting any special allowance equal to or greater than 100%. The employees who are getting 100% or more Special Allowance will not get this allowance. So they are not eligible for this allowance. However, all employees will get a 10% ad-hoc relief Allowance 2025. The employees will get these reliefs with effect from 1st July 2025.
Note: There will be further amendments in this Chart soon as DRA 2025 will be on the basic pay as on 30-06-2022
The employees of BPS-01 to BPS-16 have 30 stages in the pay scale chart. Other employees have reduced stages in the pay scale chart 2022. The employees will get the ARA 2025 and DRA 2025 on the basis of the pay scales 2022. They will just look at their present Basic Pay. Just below their current basic pay, they’ll see their increase in their salaries in Budget 2025-26.
