I am sharing the latest news updates of Salary Increase KPK in Budget 2025-26 for the KPK Employees. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government is announcing the Budget on 13th June 2025. As per the news, there is a chance of 10% increase in salaries for Government employees. The details are as follows:
News Updates of Salary Increase KPK in Budget 2025-26
As per Public News, there is an expectation of a 10% increase in salaries for the Government employees of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. As you know, the Federal Government has announced an increase in salary of 10% as per the budget speech 2025-26. The Federal Government also granted the DRA to specific government employees who were not getting any special allowance equal to or greater than 100%.
Pension Increase
As per the Public News Channel, the KP Government may increase pension @ 7% of the net pension. This rate of increase in pension same as the Federal Government announced on 10th June 2025.
DRA-2025 & ARA-2025 KPK
If the KP Government employees announce only 10% or 15% ARA-2025, then it will not be a good decision. However, if the Government announces a minimum 30% DRA or equivalent special allowance and 10% or more ARA-2025, then it will be a good decision of the KP Government. The employees of KP or expecting the provincial government to announce a better package than the Federal Government. The grant of DRA is not a new thing for the KP Government. It also granted the same in 2022 as the Finance Department issued the Notification Disparity Reduction Allowance 2022 @ 15% to BPS-01 to BPS-19 employees.
