I am sharing the Salary Increase KPK 2025-26 as per the Budget Speech copy. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government granted good relief to the provincial government employees. The pensioners of KPK will also have a good increase in pensions. The details are as follows

 

Salary Increase KPK 2025-26 as per Budget Speech Copy

 

The KPK Government announced the following relief packages as per the budget speech 2025-2026:

 

• Grant of Adhoc Relief Allowance 2025 @ 10%
• Increase in Pension @ 7%
• Disparity Reduction Allowance increased from 15% to 20%
• Minimum wage rates from 36000/- per month to 40,000/- per month.

 

Grant of Adhoc Relief Allowance 2025 @ 10%

 

The Employees of BPS-01 to BPS-22 will get the ARA-2025 @ 10% of their Basic pay. The KPK employees will get this ARA-2025 with effect from 1^st July 2025 on the current / running basic pay. This basic pay is based on the Basic pay scales 2022 that were introduced with effect from 1^st July 2022.

 

 

Increase in Pension @ 7%

 

The pensioners of KP province will also have a raise in their pension @ 7%. This increase is effective from 1^st July 2025.

 

Disparity Reduction Allowance

 

The KPK Government has also granted DRA, but the Government increased the rate of DRA from 15% already getting to 20% currently.

 

This relief package for the KPK employees and pensioners is very beneficial and will help the employees and pensioners. They will feel relaxed with the burden of dearness in the country.

 

Minimumm Wage Rates

 

KPK Government increased wage rates from Rs. 36,000/- to 37,000/- per month with effect from 01-07-2025.
