I am sharing the latest Salary Increase Updates Sindh Budget 2025-26 Before Budget Speech. There is a proposal of salaries and pension increase for the employees and pensioners in the budget 2025-2026. The details are as follows:
Salary Increase Updates Sindh Budget 2025-26 Before Budget Speech
According to the GEO News Channel, just about 1400 HRS, dated 13-06-2025, the Sindh Government has decided to provide relief to provincial government employees. There are the following proposals for the provincial government employees and pensioners:
BPS-01 to BPS-16 @ 12% of basic pay
BPS-17 to BPS-22 @ 10% of basic pay
Pension increase @ 8% of net pension
What Expectation More
These are just proposals before the announcement of the Budget 2025-2026 for Sindh. The Sindh Government may amend this proposal at a later stage. If the Sindh Government announces the above rates of salary and pension increase, it will be greater than the Federal Government’s already announced rates. As you know Federal Government has announced a salary increase as Adhoc Relief Allowance 2025 @ 10% for BPS-01 to BPS-22 employees. On the other hand, the Federal Government has also granted a Disparity Reduction Allowance 2025 @ 30% to Specific employees. I have already issued the clarity DRA-2025 and ARA-2025 for the Federal Government employees.
Now let’s see what the Sindh Government does to more favour the employees. The Sindh Government may grant any Special Allowance for the employees that may be equivalent to Disparity Reduction Allowance. The Sindh Government may also announce an increase in minimum wage rates in 2025 for Sindh workers.
