The Federal Government has announced an Adhoc Relief Allowance 2025 @ 10% of the running basic pay. I have already written on the clarity of DRA-2025 and Adhoc Relief Allowance 2025. So, as per the already issued clarification, the Disparity Reduction Allowance 2025 will be on the basic pay as on 30-06-2022. The specific federal employees are already getting DRA-2021 @ 25% and DRA-2022 @ 15% on the current basic pay at the time of the Revised Pay Scales 2017. All the below calculations are on the basis of the Budget speech 2025-26 and clarification statement by Mr. Rehman Ali Bajwa.

It is to mentioning here that the employees who are already getting DRA 2021 and 2022 are eligible for the DRA-2025.
