Government of the Punjab School Education Department issued a Notification on 07-08-2025 in connection with Extension Summer Vacation 2025 SED Punjab till 31-08-2025. As per the real Notification, the schools in Punjab will open on 1st September 2025 after summer holidays. The details are as follows:

 

Extension Summer Vacation 2025 SED Punjab till 31-08-2025

 

In Supersession of the previous notification of even number dated 20-07-2025, the Competent Authority has been pleased to extend the vacations till 31-08-2025. All Schools (Public & Private) in the Province of Punjab will reopen on 01-09-2025.

2. All Chief Executive Officers (DEAs) are directed to ensure compliance with the orders.

 

Copy Submission

 

A copy is forwarded for information & necessary action to:

 

1. All the Deputy Commissioners in Punjab.
2. The Director Public Instructions (SE/EE), Punjab.
3. The Director Public Instructions (SE/EE), South Panjab, Multan.
4. All Heads of Attached Departments /PEIMA/PEF/DREP/Caded Colleges.
5. The Director (Monitoring), with the request to upload the same on the official website of the School Education Department for general information/
6. All Chief Executive Officers (DEA) DEA In Punjab.
7. Deputy Secretary (Staff) to Secretary, School Education Department.
8. PSO to the Minister for the School Education Department.
9. PS to Secretary, Special School Department.
10. PS to Secretary, School Education Department, South Punjab, Multan.
11. PS to Secretary, Literacy & Non-Formal Basic Education Department.
12. PS to Secretary, School Education Department.
13. PS to Special Secretary, School Education Department.
14. PS to Additional Secretary (General), School Education Department
