Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Establishment Department issued a Notification on 15-08-2025 in connection with Instructions About Leaving the Station Without Prior Approval/Permission. The details are as follows:
Instructions About Leaving the Station Without Prior Approval/Permission.
As per the Notification, I am directed to state that the Chief Secretary, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has taken serious notice of instances where senior officers have left their stations without obtaining prior approval/permission. Such conduct is a clear violation of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servants Conduct Rules, which adversely affects the efficient management of public affairs, particularly during floods, emergencies, and law and order situations, when the presence of senior officers at their respective stations is critically important.
I am therefore directed to inform that all senior officers shall remain at their respective stations at all times and shall not leave their officers/stations without prior approval/permission of the Competent Authority. Any violation in this regard will be treated as misconduct.
All concerned are advised to ensure compliance with these instructions.
