Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Finance Department issued a Notification on 25-08-2025 in connection with Donation/ Deduction of One Day’s and Two Days’ Salary to the Affectees of the Flood 2025 (KPK). The details are as follows:

 

 

Donation/ Deduction of One Day’s and Two Days’ Salary to the Affectees of the Flood 2025 (KPK)

As per the Notification, I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that in pursuance of Provincial Cabinet’ decision, two days salary on existing basic pay may be deducted from all in BS-17 and above Government Employees and one day salary of all BPS-16 and below Government Employees from the monthly salaries (excluding the amount of arrears, if any) at source for the month of August, 2025 for contributing to the Chief Minister’s Flood Relief and Rehabilitation Fund Account#:3007471342IBAN: PK64KHYB5015003007471342 for the relief of flood affectees in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

 

1. The above deduction will be made at source and will be shown separately in the pay bills / computerized pay slips for the month of August 2025. In case these deductions cannot be made at source, the same shall be deducted and deposited in the above-mentioned accounts through a challan by the respective head of the Department.
2. Those employees who are posted abroad on a deputation basis have these deductions made from such portion of their salary that may be payable in Pakistan. Rupees and be deposited in the said account.
3. The above deduction will not be made from the leave salaries of the employees on leave preparatory to retirement (LPR).

 

• These orders shall apply to all the employees of the Provincial Government, including Consultants, Contract Employees, and Employees of Projects.
• These orders shall also apply to the employees of the Autonomous Bodies/Semi-Autonomous Corporations/Public Sector Corporations/ Foundations under the control of the Provincial Government.
• All proceeds of the above deduction will be credited to the above-mentioned account.

3. Director Information, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
4. The Station Director, Radio Pakistan, Peshawar.
5. The General Manager, Pakistan Television Corporation, Peshawar.
