Hands-on knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and troubleshooting. Basic understanding of networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches). Familiarity with the installation/configuration of software, biometric systems, and attendance management software. Knowledge of IT security practices (antivirus, backups, access control) preferred. |
