Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Establishment Department (Regulation Wing) issued a Notification on 15-09-2025 in connection with the Observance of 5% Minority Quota in Government Jobs. The details are as follows:
Observance of 5% Minority Quota in Govt Jobs
I am directed to state that the Finance Department has waived the condition of obtaining NOC for observing the Minority quota in initial recruitment vide letter No. BI1/FD-5-37-2024-25 dated 18-03-2025 (copy enclosed). Therefore, all concerned shall observe the following:
- Ensure implementation of 5% Minority’s Job Quota through exclusive advertisement for identified posts.
- Specify a clear timeline for completing the recruitment process, ensuring timely fulfillment of minority quota vacancies.
