Scholars applying must also fall under a special share order similar to orphan scholars whose father has passed away, children of government workers working in grades one to four, nonage scholars, or children of civilians who were martyred in terrorist attacks. Scholars of private institutions, pimp sodalities, or tone-financed programs aren’t eligible. Also, those who passed their examinations through supplementary attempts, grace marks, or enhancements are barred from the scheme. Campaigners applying for medical programs through MDCAT can not claim grace marks.

The application process is simple and conducted entirely online. For enrollment, aspirants bear NADRA-verified information such as their CNIC or B-form number, father’s CNIC, mother’s CNIC, and guardian’s CNIC if applicable. Once the online form is filled and submitted, no hard dupe is demanded. Still, aspirants are advised to keep their operation ID safe for future reference.
Last Date to Apply
The last date for submitting operations is November 18, 2025. Operations entered after this date won’t be considered, so scholars should apply well before the deadline to avoid any vexation.
Other Important Details
The PEEF Special Quota literacy aims to support meritorious scholars who are academically able but who do not have access to fiscal coffers. The education covers education fees and also provides funding for other educational charges. Through this program, the government ensures that orphans, children of low-grade government workers, nonage scholars, and children of killers can continue their education with quality.
