- The completed form, with copies of educational certificates, experience letters, CNIC, domicile, and recent photographs, must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar.
- Applicants for BPS-19 and above positions must pay an application processing fee of Rs. 3,000, while for BPS-18 and BPS-17, the fee is Rs. 2,000.
- A copy of the bank challan or deposit slip must be attached to the application.
