Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Housing and Works issued a Notification on 04-11-2025 in connection with Increase in House Rental Ceiling of Hiring 2025 @ 85% for Federal Employees. The employees will get an enhancement in Rental Ceiling of Hiring with effect from 1st November 2025. The details are as follows:
Increase in House Rental Ceiling of Hiring 2025 @ 85% for Federal Employees
As per the Notification, the Federal Government is pleased to enhance the rental ceiling for hiring of residential accommodation in Federal Ministries/Divisions/Attached Departments/Subordinate Offices at Islamabad and other specified stations, i.e., Rawalpindi, Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, and Peshawar, as under with w.e.f. 1st November, 2025:-
