General Information / Instructions for NACTA Jobs 2025

The period of the contract would be initially for a period of one (01) year, extendable on the basis of performance evaluation.

Eligible candidates are advised to apply online through National Jobs Portal at their link National Jobs Portal (NJP). Candidates applying for more than one post should apply online for each post separately. No manual or hard copy of the application will be accepted by any office.

The above-referred vacancies shall be filled by appointment of persons domiciled in their respective province/region/district of each office strictly under Rule 15 of the aforesaid rules and instructions issued by the Establishment Division from time to time.

Candidates will be required to bring original documents (Educational, Domicile, and Experience Certificate, etc.) along with one set of attested copies of all documents at the time of the interview.

Screening/skill tests (where required) will be conducted as per the Recruitment Policy of the Federal Government.

The Authority reserves the right not to fill any vacancy or to reduce/increase the number of vacancies, if the circumstances so warrant at the time of final selection.

The candidates working in Public Sector Departments/Organizations shall apply through the proper channel and have to submit Departmental Permission Certificates from the respective department/employers at the time of interview, failing which they will not be allowed to participate in the interview.

In addition to the 5 years general age relaxation already allowed in the above table, further age relaxation shall be admissible as per the (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993.

Minimum and Maximum ages shall be calculated on the closing date for receipt of applications.
