Settlement and Digitization of Land Record Merged Districts invites online applications from suitable candidates having Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Domicile for the following project-based posts on a purely fixed pay and contractual basis. Details of these posts are as under:

3	Personal Assistant	01 Vacancy	Merged Districts	• At least a 2nd class Bachelor’s degree from a HEC-recognized University with a minimum of three years’ relevant experience. • Short Hand Speed 40/45 words per minute.

Terms & Conditions:

1. All the candidates will be required to create a profile on ETEA’s website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing the fee for any post, such candidates will have to print the E-sahulat token from ETEA’s website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
2. Screening of candidates will be based on the test conducted by ETEA
3. Appointment will be purely on a contract basis till completion of the project, as per the project policy
4. The posts are project posts and will stand abolished automatically on completion of the project
5. Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of the applications
6. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with a separate fee
7. Original documents, along with one set of attested copies of all the relevant documents, shall be produced at the time of the Interview

How To Apply SDLR merged districts jobs?

1. Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
2. After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidate’s personal information) will be generated.
3. Take a print of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through the Easy Paisa app or Agent Jazz Cash ap,p or at any branch of UBL Bank via the UBL OMNI agent.
4. After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having the bank.
5. After the online application, don’t send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office; copies of testimonials/documents should be stamped by yourself and should not be shared with anyone else.
6. Testimonials/documents will, however, be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by ETEA or the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
