The Controller General of Accounts issued a letter on 2nd July 2025 in connection with the Agreement for Pensioners’ Proof of Life & Family Registration Certificate. The details are as follows:
Agreement for Pensioners’ Proof of Life & Family Registration Certificate
As per the Notification, the undersigned is directed to convey that Nadra has furnished signed copies of the agreements related to the Proof of Life Certificate (POLC) and Family Registration Certificate (FRC) for the provision of pensioners’ biometric verification, facial recognition, and fallback mechanisms through the Pak-Id Mobile App and Nadra Center./
It is further informed that the Cga–Frc interface is now live and in production. Accounting Generals and DGPRS are, therefore, requested to direct their respective teams for FRC verification accordingly.
These issues with the approval of the Director General (Mis/Fabs).
