Pakistan Railways Security Expert Vacancies 2025

Applications are invited for the following posts in the project titled “Establishment of Business Development Unit and HR Support Unit, Pakistan Railways”. The appointments will be made purely on a contract basis under the Project Pay Scale (PPS) system.

Minimum 10 years of post-qualification investigative experience in terrorism, espionage, and organized crime within law enforcement or defense organizations. 2. Proven expertise in surveillance techniques, background checks, interrogation, and security audits. 3. Hands-on experience in crime scene management, forensic interviewing, and intelligence analysis. 4. Preference will be given to individuals who have served in military investigation, intelligence, or joint operations with federal or international agencies. 5. Candidates having experience in supervisory investigative roles and training of investigation staff will be highly preferred.	45 years

Application Submission Instructions

1. Application Submission: Interested candidates may apply online via the National Job Portal within fifteen (15) days of the advertisement’s publication.

2. Incomplete/Delayed Applications: Incomplete applications, hand-submitted applications, or applications received after the due date will not be entertained.

3. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.

4. TA/DA: No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the test/interview.

General Instructions for Candidates

1. Contract Terms: The appointment is purely on a contract basis for a period of two (2) years, extendable upon satisfactory performance on a yearly basis or up to the project’s completion, whichever is earlier.

2. Salary: Salary will be admissible as per the Standard Pay Package issued by the Finance Division, 18th April 2022.

3. Foreign Degrees: Candidates holding foreign degrees must provide an equivalency certificate issued by HEC/PEC.

4. Age Relaxation: A general relaxation of five (05) years in the upper age limit shall be admissible to all candidates.

5. Government Employees: Candidates serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous organizations must apply through the proper channel with a departmental NOC.

6. Forgery Clause: Submission of forged/false documents shall lead to disqualification and legal action.

7. Selection Rights: Pakistan Railways Headquarters reserves the right to select/reject or not to fill any position(s) without assigning any reason at any stage of the recruitment process.
