Government of the Punjab, School Education Department issued a Notification on 04-12-2025 in connection with Winter Vacation 2025 Punjab SED. All Punjab Government and Private schools will observe the winter holidays 2025 schedule strictly.

The schedule of Winter Holidays in Punjab for the year 2025-26 is as follows:

Notification Winter Holidays School Education Department Punjab

Notificación No. So(Acad-I)1-31/2025.

As per the Notification, consequent upon approval of the Competent Authority, it is hereby notified that Winter Vacations in all Public and Private Schools across the Province of Punjab shall be observed with effect from 22.12.2025 to 10.01.2026.

All Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) of District Education Authorities throughout Punjab shall ensure strict compliance accordingly.

1. All the Deputy Commissioners in Punjab (Through e-FOAS)

2. The Director Public Instructions (SE / EE), Punjab, Lahore, and South Punjab Multan (Through e-FOAS)

3. All Heads of Attached Departments/PEIMA/PEF/DREP/Cadet Colleges.

4. The Director General (M&E) with requested to upload the same on the official website of the School Education Department for general information.

5. All Divisional Directors (SE / EE) in Punjab.

6. All Chief Executive Officers (DEAs) in Punjab.

7. PSO to the Minister for the School Education Department. (Through e-FOAS)

8. PS to Secretary, Special Education Department. (Through e-FOAS)

9. PS to Secretary Literacy & Non-Formal Basic Education Department. (Through e-FOAS)
