The latest Punjab E-Transfer Hardship Round Schedule 2025 for teachers was issued by the School Education Department. This update contains the official timeline for online applications, verification, and appeals under the hardship category. The details of the Notification are as follows:
Punjab E-Transfer Round on Hardship Basis Schedule 2025
Dated: Lahore, 08th December 2025
Opening of E-Transfer Round Regarding the Category Of Hardship
as per the notification: Kindly refer to the subject cited above and to intimate that the competent authority has approved the opening of E-Transfer round regarding category of hardships (Divorce/Widow/Khula, person with a disability, Medical, Wedlock, Circumstantial Single parent, Transfer of female teacher upon marriage, and others, as per amended E-Transfer Policy, 2025, clause 10.3 (V-A). Moreover, all transfer orders on hardship grounds shall be issued through the SIS portal throughout the year. All CEOs (DEAs), Punja,b are hereby directed to follow the given time-line:

2. After approval of the Departmental Hardship Committee, all transfer/posting QR-coded orders on hardship grounds shall be made on the SIS Portal.
3. You are therefore directed to share the said schedule with the lower formation as well as in all social media groups for the awareness of teachers.
