I am sharing the latest Capital Development Authority Invitation To E-Bid for Infrastructure Development Works in Islamabad and the details are as follows:
Capital Development Authority E-Bid
The Capital Development Authority invites electronic bids on Single Stage – Two Envelope basis as per PPRA Rule 36 (b) from firms who are well reputed, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having valid Registration Certificate in Category C-2 with Project Codes CE-01, CE-09, CE-10, EE-04 & ME-02 for the years 2025-26 who can prove their eligibility and qualification as mentioned in the Bidding Documents for the following project:

Procurement Rules And Regulations

Electronic Bidding Documents, containing detailed requirements, terms, and conditions, are available for the registered bidders on EPADS at the Electric Procurement (eGP) website and the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority website.

Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Pay order/CDR in favor of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA. The prospective bidders shall upload a scanned copy of Bid Security on E-PADS in PDF, and the original will be provided on or before the opening of bids in the office of the Director (P&CA-I), CDA.

The prospective bidders must submit their bids online through E-PADS at the Electric Procurement (eGP) website according to the instructions in the Bidding Documents by January 1, 2026, at 1130 hrs. Manual bids will not be entertained.

The procurement committee will open the electronic technical bids publicly through E-PADS on the same day at 12:00 hours. Authorized bidder representatives may attend the opening session at the office of the Director (P&CA-I), Room No. 29, Block II, P&C Wing, CDA Secretariat, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad.

Notification of the GRC constituted in terms of Rule 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004, is provided on the EPADS website
