toDistrict Education Officer (SE) Rawalpindi issued the latest notification regarding the payment of salary to School Teacher Internees (STIs). According to the official letter, STI salaries will be released through the vendor account system, and all required documents must be submitted within the given timeline to avoid delays.

According to the Notification, kindly refer to the Chief Executive Officer (DEA), letter no. 4340/C-I, Dated: 18-12-2025 on the subject cited above.
As per the directions, the salary of STI will be paid through the vendor account, and all the requisite bills will reach the office of the Undersigned by the first working day of every month positively.
Furthermore, the Heads of the institutions where the STIs are appointed in Phase-I, they are directed to create a Vendor No. For each STI working under his/her span of control from the District Account Office Rawalpindi, immediately for their Salary disbursement.
You are also directed to submit a hard and Soft copy of the proforma “A & B” along with the appointment Order/ Original joining report, a copy of the attendance register/CNIC. All the relevant documents must be counter signed from the Heads of the Institutions, and no incomplete case will be entertained in this office after the said date. In case of failure, you will be personally responsible for the delay, and strict action will be initiated against the defaulters.
Note
The Salary bills for October 2025 till 21 December 2025 must reach this office till 26-12-2025 after observing all codal formalities mentioned above.
