The Punjab Masstransit Authority, an autonomous body of the Transport Department, Government of the Punjab, invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals for various posts on a contract basis (Non-Transferable) in the Project Management Unit (PMU) and Project Implementation Units (PIUs) established for the Project “Development of Masstransit Systems in Gujranwala & Faisalabad”.

• Applicants are required to apply online through the Punjab Job Portal.

• The qualification and experience criteria are available on the Punjab Mass Transit Authority website and the Punjab Job Portal.

• Applications submitted after the due date and time will not be entertained.

• Any job application or documents received via email, by hand, or through courier will not be entertained.

• Applicants must ensure that all submitted documents are relevant, accurate, and complete.

• The documents uploaded with the online application will be considered final, and the Punjab Mass Transit Authority will not request resubmission of any documents.

• It is mandatory to upload a transcript along with educational degrees at the time of online application.

• Applications submitted with incorrect or incomplete information and/or documents, intentionally or unintentionally,y will be rejected without any notice.

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. No TA/DA will be given to candidates called for the test or interview.

• For posts from Serial No. 01 to Serial No. 04, applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application processing fee of PKR 3000 through 1-Link PSID or 1-Bill ID available on the E-Receipt (NRF) Fund of the Punjab Job Portal.

• Applications without a processing fee or those submitted through any other mode will not be entertained and will be cancelled.

• Candidates who want to apply for more than one post must apply separately and pay a separate fee for each post.

Terms and Conditions

• The experience as per the requirement of the post shall be considered and counted as experience.

• Applicants serving in government, semi-government, or development projects must apply through the proper channel.

• Applicants shall submit an NOC or an Objective Certificate at the time of interview, issued by the competent appointing authority. Applications without NOC will not be entertained.

• Decisions of the Department in all matters concerning hiring, including shortlisting and selection, shall be final.

• Applicants will be required to bring original documents, educational certificates, transcripts, experience letters, a paid challan form against the processing fee, and any other relevant documents at the time of the interview.

• Candidates having foreign degrees must submit copies of their degrees or certificates duly verified by HEC. In case of a foreign degree, an equivalence certificate issued by HEC, along with a fresh police character verification certificate and a medical fitness certificate issued by the district hospital, is required.

• Punjab Mass Transit Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts, accept or reject any application, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
