Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat, Cabinet division issued a Notification on 24-12-2025 in connection with the Local Holiday on 26 December 2025 (Friday) in Islamabad. There is a holiday on 26-12-2025 on the eve of Arrival the President of the United Arab Emirates. The details are as follows:

As per the notification,It is notified that 26ᵗʰ December, 2025 (Friday), is hereby declared as a Local Holiday within the revenue limits of the Islamabad Capital Territory except the offices of essential services, including MCI, CDA, ICT Administration, ICT Police, IESCO, SNGPL, and Hospitals.
