How To Apply for Aziz Bhatti Hospital Vacancies?

 

1. The Candidates are required to apply for the post through National Testing Services Portal within 15 Days after the Publication of Advertisement and submit their duly filled in application forms along with two (02) sets of attested photocopies of all relevant academic certificates / Degrees / Diplomas / valid registration certificate/ other relevant documents, domicile certificate, CNIC, experience certificate (if any) and 4 passport size photographs to NTS office.

2. The Last Date for submission of the application is 22.01.2026.

3. The Candidates must apply upon visiting the National Testing Service Website and Candidates are advised to visit the NTS official site for updates within the same duration of 15 days.

4. The Date of the written test will be communicated to the Eligible/ Shortlisted Candidates only through NTS, and their Roll Number Slips will be uploaded on the relevant portal of the NTS Website.

5. All candidates should bring their original documents at the time of scrutiny before the interview.

6. The list of selected candidates will be displayed in the concerned institution/hospital, and the selected candidates will also be intimated vide postal address or any other source of communication, i.e., telephonically.

7. Provision of false / fabricated / bogus data will result in strict consequences/action.

8. No TA/DA shall be admissible for appointment in the test/interview.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Both Male / Female applicants having a domicile of the Province of Punjab may apply.

2. In the case of “O” and “A” Level, an equivalence certificate must also be submitted.

3. Special Persons (Differently able persons) shall attach proof of registration from the Social Welfare Department along with Disability Certificate.

4. Applicants shall provide original documents at the time of Scrutiny/Interview.

5. Candidates already in Government service should apply through the proper channel.

6. Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will lead to the disqualification of the candidate at any stage of the recruitment process or during service.

7. Complete original documents along with a set of attested photocopies will be provided by the shortlisted applicants at the time of Scrutiny/Interview.
