Notification Public Holiday on 5th to 8th Feb 2025 in Punjab

Government of the Punjab, Services and General Administration (Welfare Wing) issued a Notification on 03-02-2026 in connection with Public Holiday on 5th to 8th Feb 2025 in Punjab. The details are as follows:

Official Notification Public Holiday on 5th to 8th Feb 2025 in Punjab

As per the Notification, No.SOW-I(S&GAD)1-3/2008(P-IV): It is hereby notified for general information that 06th & 07th February, 2026 (Friday & Saturday) shall be observed as Public Holidays in the Province of Punjab.

2. The above notification may be published in all major English and Urdu dailies, both at national and regional levels, and also be given wide publicity through electronic media.

2. The Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Punjab.
3. The Chairman, Planning & Development Board, Punjab.
4. The Senior Member Board of Revenue, Punjab.

6. All Administrative Secretaries to Government of the Punjab.
7. All Heads of Attached Departments in the Punjab.
8. All the Commissioners in the Punjab.
9. All the Deputy Commissioners in the Punjab.
10. The Secretary, Punjab Public Service Commission, Lahore.
11. The Registrar, Lahore High Court, Lahore.
12. The Registrar, Punjab Service Tribunal, Lahore.
13. All Heads of Autonomous, Semi-Autonomous Bodies in the Punjab.
14. PSOs to Chief Secretary / Additional Chief Secretary, Punjab / Additional Chief Secretary, South Punjab.
15. All PSs to Provincial Ministers and Advisors to the Chief Minister, Punjab.

It is to mention here that Fderal Govt has already issued the Notification regarding the public holiday on 5th Feb 2026 for the general public on the occasion of Kashmir Solidarity Day.
