As per the daily Jang and Geo News, there is recent news of the Change of Currency Notes in Pakistan 2026. As per the news, New Designs of Currency Notes in Pakistan have been prepared and moved to the Cabinet. There is no proposal to eliminate the note of 5000 Rupees in Pakistan. Change of Currency Notes in Pakistan 2026
As per the Daily Jang dated 5th Feb 2026, the Governor of the State Bank of Pakistan has stated that the Government has prepared the new currency notes. The concerned have moved the summary to approve these notes to the Federal Cabinet.
Currency Notes Be Changed or Not?
