Government of the Punjab, School Education Department issued a Notification on 11-02-2026 in connection with DPC for Promotion after every three Months. The details are as follows:

Subject of the Notification: Meetings of Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC)
As per the Notification, I am directed to convey that it has been decided by the Competent Authority that meeting of Departmental Promotion Committees(DPCs) shall be held on quarterly basis as per schedule give below:

| 1st Week of January, April, July & October | 3rd Week of January, April, July & October | 4th Week of January, April, July & October |
It is pertinent to mention that performance of CEOs / DEOs shall be evaluated on basis of their timely disposal of promotion cases. It is therefore requested to prepare working paper carefully and submit to all members of DPC at least Ten (10) Days before meeting.
