The Government of the Punjab, School Education Department has issued the latest notification for School Timings during Holy Month of Ramzan 2026 across Punjab, including single shift and double shift (morning/evening) schedules, with a special note that girls’ schools will open and close 15 minutes earlier.
School Timings during Holy Month of Ramzan 2026 Punjab
NO. SO(A-I)1-31/2025. Consequent upon approval of the Competent Authority, the following timings shall be observed in all educational institutions/schools in Punjab during the Holy Month of RAMZAN-UL-MUBARIK, 2026:

Note:
The opening and closing times for Girls Schools shall be 15 minutes earlier than the above-mentioned timings.
