The Government of Punjab and the Government of Balochistan will announce the budget 2023 today 19th July,2023. As per the Federal government, there was a 35% increase in salaries of government employees and a 17.5% increase in pension. All provincial government employees and pensioners are expecting to have the same increase in salaries and pension. By keeping in view the financial problems and inflation rate government of Punjab is going to announce some good news for government servants. There are a number of Fake News of Pension on Initial Basic Pay. There is no reality that the employees in the future will get a pension in initial or starting basic pay. The Federal or Punjab Government did not issue any such Notification. Only Punjab Government issued the Notification of Leave Encashment only on the basis of Initial basic pay of a particular basic pay scale.
