I am sharing the details of the Admissibility of Full ARAs and Other Allowances During Leave on Half Pay. It is often confusing for many employees whether they will get pay and allowances @ half rates while they are on half-pay leave. It is to clarify that the employees on HPL will get only half basic pay and not the allowances. Only they will not get the Conveyance Allowance during any kind of earned leave.
