Decision of Supreme Court of Pakistan Regarding the Inclusion of 5 Adhoc Allowances in Pension Setting Aside the Decision of FST
The Supreme Court of Pakistan has given its decision on 7th August 2013 in connection with the Inclusion of Adhoc Allowances Reckonable towards Pension. But it is sad news for the pensioners that the SCP has given its decision against the willing of the pensioners. SCP has set aside the decision of FST dated 22nd February 2012. Notification of Increase in Pension 2013 by Punjab Govt
Govt of the Punjab Finance Department has issued Notification No. FD.SR-III/4.320/2013 dated 22-07-2013 in connection with the increase in pension for the civil pensioners of the Province Punjab wef 1st July 2013. This increase in pension is @ 10% of the net pension.
Notification of Minimum Pension 2013 by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Govt
Govt of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Department has issued Notification No. No. FD (SOSR-II) 4-111/2013 dated 17-07-2013 about the Minimum Pension for the pensioners of the Govt of KPK. The earlier minimum pension for the pensioners of KPK was Rs. 3000/- and now by this notification it has been increased to Rs. 5000/- per month wef 1st July 2013.
