Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department, Section (Servoces-I) issued a Notification on 18-12-2023 in connection with Imposing a Ban on All Transfers and Postings and leaves Punjab. The ban is due to the coming election of 2024 in Pakistan. The details are as under:

Notification Ban on Transfer Posting, Leave and Station Leave 2023
The Election Commission of Pakistan issued a Notification on 15-12-2023 in connection with the Ban on Transfer Posting, Leave, and Station Leave 2023. The employees will not get any station leave until the completion of the process of election 2024. The employees will not get any kind of leave except medical leave and paternity leave. The ECP has also banned all kinds of transfer posting of the employees.
