Finance Division Regulation Wing has requested to calculate the financial implications involved in the proposed increase in the rates of Special Pays in respect of Personal Secretaries and Personal Assistants working with Ministries/Divisions/Attached Departments/Subordinate Offices/Autonomous & Semi-Autonomous Bodies under the control of Federal Govt.
On 14-03-2013 Sindh Province Assembly unanimously approved the bill for the regularization of contract & Adhoc employees working in various departments of Sindh.

Govt of Punjab School Education Department has issued Notification No. SO (SE-III) 2-16/2007 dated 6th March 2013 regarding Grant of Ph.D and M.Phil Allowance wef 01-02-2013 to the school teachers of Punjab of BPS-17 and above. Ph.D Allowance will be @ Rs. 10,000/- Per Month while the M.Phil Allowance will be @ half of Ph.D i.e Rs. 5000/- Per Month.
Finance Division Regulation Wing, Islamabad has granted 20% Special Allowance to the employees working in the Federal Ministries/Divisions vide Notification No. F.10 (2) R-3/2012 dated 6th March 2013. Now there has been done 20% Increase in Salaries of the FG Employees. This allowance will be admissible wef 1st March 2013.
