Government Employees and Salary Increase in Budget 2020-21

I have collected the views of the employees in connection with pay salary Increase in Budget 2020-21 for the Government employees. As far I have observed their demands, these are nearly based on the actual situation for the employees. Due to the increase in prices of daily use items, rents, bills, etc nearly everyone has adjusted himself to some extent except the Government employees. Their salaries are fixed and they are looking at the Government to raise their pay in the coming Budget 2020-21.  The authorities who prepare the budget and give proposals must include these demands of the employees to the maximum possible extent.

Finance Division Assures Suitable Pay Raise in Budget 2020-21

On 12th March 2020, Finance Division in a press release announced and assured for a Suitable Pay Raise in Budget 2020-21. The secretariat employees of Pakistan Secretariat went on strike since many days. They raised the voice to increase salaries Employees. The demanded the Finance Division to enhance their salaries keeping in view the current situation of the prevailing dearness in the country. There held a meeting between the Federal Government Employees and the Finance Division representatives.  Finance Division assured the secretariat employees that there will be a reason increase in their pay and salaries during the coming budget 2020-21. Finance Division already announced the tentative date of announcement budget 2020-21 for the Federal Government Pakistan.
