Government of the Sindh Finance Department, Karachi has issued Notification No. FD (SR-I) 1-1/Conveyance/2013 dated 3rd December 2013 in connection with the Clarification of the Conveyance Allowance during Summer Vacations for the teaching staff.
Punjab Govt has revised the rated of Qualification Pay, Senior Post Allowance, TA/DA and Orderly Allowance wef 01-01-2013 for the civil servants of Punjab vide Notification No. FDSR.I-9-2/2010 dated 1st January 2013.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Department has issued revised Notification No. FD/SO/SR-II)/8-52/2012 dated 20-12-2012 regarding Conveyance Allowance for the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Employees of BPS-01 to 15. The rates of Conveyance Allowance have been revised wef 01-09-2012. The CA for the employees of BPS-16 to 19 remains unchanged.
Punjab Govt has issued the notification of Conveyance Allowance for the Punjab Govt Employees of BPS-01 to BPS-19 wef 01-07-2012 vide No. FD.SR.I.9-4/86(P) (PR) dated 04-12-2012. The payment of 1st Quarter of current financial year ie. July 2012 to September 2012 shall be made along with the pay of December 2012, followed by the quarterly payment of arrears for second quarter i.e October 2012 to December 2012 with the pay of March 2013 and for the third quarter, January 2013 to March 2013 with the pay of April 2013. The payment of Conveyance Allowance shall be brought at per current basis wef April 2013.
According to the Daily Times dated 04-10-2012 page number 7 a great package of Pay and Allowances is to soon finalized and announced soon by the Federal Govt. The case of finalizing the pay and allowances packages for the Federal Govt Employees is under process in the Ministry of Finance. This package will be presented before the Prime Minister on Friday dated 05-10-2012 for initial approval. Unified Pay Scales, Monetization of Housing Facility and Monetization of Conveyance are included in this package. The salient features of these packages are as under:
