The process of Upgradation & Time Scale Formula to FGEIs (C/G) teaching staff is under process. In this regard Office of the Prime Minister Secretariat Islamabad has written a letter to Secretary Ministry of Defence Rawalpindi vide No. 394/Misc-H/DSPM/12 dated 12th October 2012. Upgradation of MTTs, TUGTs & TGTs is expected soon.
The wordings of the said letter are as under:

Dear Farooq, there is no M.Phil Allowance for the FG Employees. Only Ph.D Allowance.
suna hay court nay up gradation ka fg teachers kay haq main faisal dya hay app kay pass koe nai khabar hay is bary main.

dear Haseeb you are an employee of Autonomous body but with all the service conditions applicable to the FG employees. You can better submit your departmental appeal to the DG ML&C for bringing the scales of pay at par with the FG employees. See the Pakistan Cantt Servants Rules’1954 and recent amendment, wherein you will see that the Federal Govt has been pleased to direct that all the terms and conditions and pay structure would be at par with the FG employees. In this regard Section 280 of the Cantt Act’ 1924 is very much clear. Hope this reply will serve the purpose.
