According to the daily express Rahim Yar Khan dated 10th October 2013, the Punjab Mohtsib has again ordered the Finance Department, Govt of Punjab to up-grade the clerical posts with immediate effect in the Punjab Government Departments and to submit a report upto 29th October 2013 in this regard.
Punjab Mohtsib has already issued orders for the upgradation of clerical staff wef 1st August 2008 in Punjab Govt Departments. The detail of this up-gradation is as under:

Dear Zain as per my knowledge the promotions are on the seniority basis. If in the seniority the employees who promoted in 2003 are upper in the seniority then these are senior and if they are down in the seniority then these are junior.

Kindly tell me policy about working hours of Government Servant. Is clerical staff can bound for duty at evening or night according to law. And how much time is require to raise conveyance charges. Because some departments are given the instruction that at least 2 hrs are necessary to raise it. Thanks

LDCs & UDCs RTO, Faisalabad are filed the Writ Petition of Up-Gradation in Lahore High Court, Lahore Bench:
Finance Div & Estab. Div. are filed their Comments in the Court.
On 23-09-2013 Case is leftover due to Division Bench and now registrar office fix the next date of hearing on 31/10/2013.
The Federal Govt. has allowed and issued the notificaion of premature increment for those posts which have been upgraded. But Punjab Govt. has not yet been issued the notification in this regard. Secretariat employees should raise this point and get issue the notification in this regard. Punjab govt. employees should geared up themselves. Their should not be “THAND” “THAND” “THAND”. “Kuch garam garam aur purjosh jazba chahiye”. Fight for your rights.

AoA, Dear all, Mujhay aik cheez samjh ni ati, kah APCA, Unions etc. Computer Operator kay Allowance/Scale k ly awaz kyon ni utathi hain? Clerks Assitants, steno etc kay scale bhi barha rahay hain. allowance bhi laga rahay hain.
Computer Operator ky ly koi awaz ni uthata hay.na scal na allowance.
Federal Govt. nay Computer Allowance ka notification issue kia hay. Punjab Govt. nay ni kia. isky bary koi ni sochta hay????
