There are about 30,000 vacancies of Arts Teachers and also for the science teachers in the Punjab Government schools lying vacant. According to the news there will be recruitment of 60% Arts Teachers and 40% Science Teachers.
The enrty test will be held in November 2014. The candidates securing 50% marks in entry test will be declared as pass and the interviews will be held in January 2015. It is to mention here that after a long period the vacancies of Arts Teachers are to be expected. There are about 30,000 vacancies lying vacant in all the Primary, Middle, High and Higher Secondary Schools of Punjab.
There was news published in a newspaper before Eid-ul-Azha that the vacancies of Arts Teachers will be declared after Eid and now this news supports the same news.
