Government of Pakistan, Finance Division (Regulation Wing) has issued Notification No. F.No.1(9)Imp/2000-Vol-XIII-1027 dated 22-12-2014 in connection with Special Science & Technology Allowance.
With reference to Finance Division Notification following Oiffice Memorandums on the subject matter:

No. F.1(9)Imp/2000 dated 22-09-2003
