Government of Pakistan Cabinet Secretariat, Capital Administration & Development Division has already issued the Notification of Time Scale Formula for FDE vide No. F.1-1/2011-Edu dated 24-02-2014.
This formula had been issued for the teachers working in BPS-16 and above under educational institutions of Federal Directorate of Education. This Time Scale Formula is effective with effect from 1st January 2011.
The detail of the said formula is as under:

| 2 | Basic Pay Scale No-18 | Five years service in BPS-17 or 10 (ten) years service in BPS-16 & BPS-17 |
| 3 | Basic Pay Scale No-19 | Seven years service in BPS-18 or 12 (Twelve) years service in BPS-17 & BPS-18 |
| 4 | Basic Pay Scale No-20 | Seven years service in BPS-19 or 19 (Nineteen) years service in BPS-17 & above |
| 5 | Basic Pay Scale No-21 | Five years service in BPS-20 or 24 years service in BPS-17 & above |

I m working in Sindh Pulbic Service Commission about 15 years; I was appointed as Data Entry Operator B-10 & after 3 years I was promoted as Data Processing Officer B-16, (in 2005) and still I am in Grade-16, can any chance I upgrade in Grade-17 like superintendent
Dear Mohammad Nasir, you can only be upgraded if the department upgrades ur post it has no relation with the Superintendent.
