Government of the Sindh, Services, General Administration and Coordination Department has issued letter No. SOII(SGA&CD)3-35/2013 dated 07-01-2015 in connection with the Regularization Contract Employees Sindh.
Regularization Contract Employees Sindh
In pursuance of Section 3 of Sindh (Regularization of Adhoc & Contract Employees) Act 2013 (Sindh Act No. XXV of 2013) and with the approval of Chief Minister Sindh, Service General Administration & Coordination Department vide Order No. SORI(SGA&CD)12-3/2013 Karachi Dated 16-09-2014 had constituted Scrutiny Committee to Scrutinize the case of Employees appointed on Adhoc & Contract Basis.
On the Direction of Supreme Court of Pakistan, Service General Administration & Co-ordination Department Govt. of Sindh issued Order No. SOII(SGA&CD)3-35/2013 Karachi Dated 07-01-2015, to furnish the details of employees either regularized or to be regularize in accordance with provision of Sindh Act No. XXV of 2013.
As per order, matter was most urgent & time limit. The order was issued on date 07-01-2013 and details of contract employees should reach on same day before 3:00 P.M.
