The High Court of Balochistan, Quetta has issued Order No. 508/125-Estt dated 07-02-2015 in connection with Upgradation of Clerical Staff in the Courts of Balochistan with immediate effect.
Upgradation of Clerical Staff in the Courts of Balochistan
In exercise of powers conferred upon him vide Notification No. FD(R)VI-2/95 dated 16-10-1995 issued by the Government of Balochistan, Finance Department Quetta, read with delegation of Financial powers Rule 2008, the Honourable Chief Justice, High Court of Balochistan has been pleased to upgrade the following posts of Sub-Ordinate Judiciary in the Balochistan with immediate effect.

Its very Strange in KPK Junior Clerk are working in Scale 11 and now very strange that Balochistan court isued orders in 9 there will be differance between Provinces and Allah Knows well when Federal Goverment will Implement These Orders and in which Scale they will fit them APCA should ask Upgradation like KPK Goverment Although PTI comes into Goverment first time and Salute to Them At least they done well in this regard for employes and these bastard are not implementing upgradation
